The Wallkill Police Department announced this week that they have launched the investigation following several residents who have reported auto larcenies overnight, with property being removed from the vehicles.
Police officials said that they are “urging residents to secure their vehicles and to keep valuables out of sight.” Anyone that sees anything suspicious or who has information regarding the rash of break-ins has been asked to contact investigators at the Wallkill Police Department by calling (845) 692-6757.
